或者
在培训开始的学年的9月30日至少年满16岁，并在部长制定的学习计划中获得了教学语言、第二语言和数学的中四学分，或获得了同等学习的认可的人
或者
进入该计划时至少年满18岁，并具备以下功能前提条件：成功完成一般发展测试（见下表），或获得同等学习资格的认可。
或
在部长制定的计划中获得教学语言、第二语言和数学方面的中级三等学分的人员，需要在接受职业培训的同时学习普通教育课程，以获得他们在部长制定的计划中缺乏的教学语言、第二语言和数学方面的中级四等学分。
